Problem:
Raumag Janich had to provide isolation of the kiln waste gas duct for Schwenk cement plant complete refurbishing.It should provide a complete shut off in the particularly difficult operating conditions prevailing in this instance.
Solution:
We decided to use a classic with improved design – a sickle isolator. We knew that the previously used sickle isolator – provided also by our associated company, JANICH Spezialarmaturen, Beckum – in service up to this moment provided outstanding service.
Results:
According to blind flange principle, our sickle isolator provides a complete shut-off of the duck even in the extreme conditions it works in.
