Problem:
RAUMAG – JANICH secured an order from LOESCHE GmbH, Düsseldorf, for the supply of all high temperature guillotine dampers required for the HOPING cement works in Taiwan, which is one of the world’s largest limestone milling plants. They should handle and isolate heavily dust laden hot flue gas.
Solution:
The guillotine dampers facilitate the bypass operation. They are equipped with NICROFLEX – HIPERFORM or MLO type sealing system, as well as the new rack and pinion system for heavily dust laden exhaust gas.
Results:
The maintenance of the milling plants is possible without interrupting the kiln plant. The guillotine constitutes a reliable and robust shut – off device. Used technology improves safety of the crew.
